Galaxy Gardens was founded with the intent to bring the philosophies of permaculture practice and design to suburban homes. For us, that starts with the free water that falls from the sky, and there's no better water than rain! We offer solutions to maximize water catchment from roof runoff and landscape drainage.

New Gutter Installation
Having a Gutter system is often a critical component in a rainwater harvesting situation. Not all gutter installations or setups are the same. We use seamless coiled aluminum formed on site, in a continuous length and in a variety of available colors.
We design and install our Gutter systems with the goal of water collection in mind.
Overflow Systems & Rainwater Irrigation
Include various methods of redirecting the overflow from tanks into other areas of the yard where the water can be best utilized.
One of the greatest appeals to having a rain water collection system, is the ability to irrigate plants and trees with a virtually free resource which is totally independent upon city infrastructure. Planting
Plot preparation for new plants/trees includes thoughtful coordination with the movement of the Sun through the seasons as well as with other plants, buildings and walls to ensure greater success and functionality. We are helping our clients turn their "yards" into food forests that are providing nutrition, medicine, shade, and wildlife habitat.
Water Retention / Drainage
We specialize in building attractive channels and basins, as well as traditional drainage solutions, to better utilize water flow across your yard and mitigate trouble areas. When correcting drainage issues or improving the functionality of a yard we prefer to safely collect and sink the water deep into the ground for the benefit of trees and other plants, rather than sending it off the property into storm drains.
